Chambers County Lake Fishing Tournament
Angler Qualifications -
Tournaments are open to any amateur anglers who are not sponsored by professional fishing organizations.
Honor System Tournaments -
To qualify daily catches all fish must be brought to lake managers for counting and weighing each day. (Honor)
All fish must be legally caught from the Chambers County Lake by the tournament entrant. Any fish Given to the entrant will not considered. (Honor)
Lake Managers, in the presence of the angler will count and weigh fish presented. Daily statistical data will be recorded by the lake managers and verified by the angler. Lake Managers will maintain all weight and quantity records and will certify tournament winners.
Entrants in any contest agree that their boats or fish restraints are subject to inspection by lake managers.
By registering in these contest entrants certify they are amateur anglers.
Alabama Laws/Regulations and State Lake Requirements -
All entrants will be required to have appropriate State Fishing Licenses and daily fishing permits for Chambers County Lake. Anglers must observe State laws and regulation.
Check Out Time -
Checking out at end of day will be no later than official closing time set by the State. On the last day of the tournament, check out will be at 5:00 pm. Lake Managers will tally monthly catch records and identify tournament winners. Winners names will be posted by close of business on the last day of the contest.
Disqualifications of Entrants -
Fishing without a valid State license.

Fees/Admission
Entry fee - $15.00 per tournament. Note that entry fee funds for the tournaments will be used to support the Children's Catfish Tournament planned for June this year. Special discounts (paid in advance): Entry Fee Due Dates - Anglers must register and pay their entry fees prior to participation in the tournament. No fish caught before payment of the entry fee can be considered.
